Kingdom Exterior Cleaning is a trading name of JMBarry Group Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales and based in Kidderminster. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how it is handled.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• Your postcode
• The service you're interested in and anything you write in the message field

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the website sets no tracking identifiers.

How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, arranging and carrying out the work. We do not add you to marketing lists, send newsletters or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. Our website hosting provider processes standard server logs. Neither uses your information for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where work is carried out, we keep records for as long as required for accounting and insurance purposes.

Photographs of our work

We photograph completed jobs for our records and, with the property owner's agreement, publish them in our gallery. Published photographs have location metadata removed and never include house numbers, people or vehicles' number plates by design. If a photograph of your property appears on this site and you would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email clean@kingdomexterior.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
